How the quota actually works

Every token a model reads or writes on your behalf - chat replies, personality previews, and each council participant's turn - debits the same weekly total.
When it resets
Monday 00:00 UTC, every week, automatically. No rollover, no expiring credits to track.
What happens at the limit
New replies pause until the reset or an upgrade. Nothing you've already written or any past conversation is ever touched.
